In 2011, ICWRN partnered with First Nations Caring Society to host a discussion forum for the release of a report that reveals research findings for the incidents experienced by Indigenous children in care of the state.  At this forum, presenters shared their methodological approach; their findings and analysis.

In addition to researchers sharing their findings, local members were able to ask questions and pose their concerns about the well being of Indigenous children in care of the state.
