Working in group settings

When the ICWRN co-facilitates training sessions, one of the largest learning components is to create open forums for people to discuss topics.  We encourage smaller group settings throughout our training so that people can feel more comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings.  Flip-chart discussions allow for one or two people to facilitate the group discussion by standing up to motivate dialogue.  The findings are then transcribed to the flip-charts in artistic fashion followed by a quick presentation to the rest of the room.

Below are some of those posters from various training sessions and workshops around British Columbia.
